Abstract

To understand the basic of dermatophytic infection in children and role of Homoeopathic remedies in treating dermatophytic infections. Dermatophytic infections are the common complaint among pediatricians, with high health-care costs. To assist clinicians in managing an illness that can be upsetting and has a substantial impact on afflicted families, we give a practical guide to the management of dermatophytic infection among the pediatric age group and evaluate the existing evidence for treatment regimens.
