Chronic hair loss often stems from complex internal imbalances rather than isolated scalp conditions. This case study evaluates the efficacy of an integrated therapeutic approach for a 48-year-old female suffering from severe hair loss and endocrine dysfunction triggered by profound grief following her son’s murder. The objective was to achieve follicular regrowth where previous treatments had failed. Materials and methods involved individualized homeopathic remedies (Ignatia, Wiesbaden, Jaborandi) to address emotional trauma and follicular health, combined with XOGEN Advance aesthetic therapy for direct scalp stimulation. Results showed a 60% reduction in hair shedding and visible improvement in follicular density within three sessions. The patient also exhibited stabilized emotional health and improved sleep. In conclusion, the synergistic application of constitutional homeopathy and modern aesthetic intervention provides a robust model for treating trauma-induced hair loss and associated metabolic disorders.
